Previously I had thought that all on line sales should be taxed at the same rate as the local retailers, but I can see benefits to making small outlets be exempt. My real concern is that B&M retailers invest in buildings, inventory and staff, and many people use them to see or try on the products and then buy on line, stealing the profit the B&M retailer had almost earned. It's dishonest and in the long run the practice will hurt everyone.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
